Raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, MARC BROUSSARD developed a broad musical range over the course of his career. Over the past decade, BROUSSARD released several albums on major record labels before returning to his independent roots and releasing several highly acclaimed original compositions and cover albums for charity through his S.O.S. (Save Our Soul) Foundation. His charitable releases include “Save Our Soul,” “Save Our Soul 11: Soul on a Mission,” “A Lullaby Collection,” “SOS 111” with an accompanying children’s book, “I Love You for You,” and “S.O.S.4: Blues for Your Soul,” his collaboration with blues icon Joe Bonamassa, which debuted at number one on the Billboard Blues Albums chart. In February 2026, he released his latest studio album, “S.O.S. V Songs of the ‘50s,” to benefit the nonprofit organization “Love of People.”
