Declaration on accessibility
Status: June 2025
PRK DreamHaus endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the Barrier-Free Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the European standard EN 301 549.
Conformity status
This website is largely compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The remaining minor non-conformities are listed below and will be corrected in a timely manner.
Accessibility measures already successfully implemented
Fully implemented (June 2025):
- Semantic HTML structure: Correct use of HTML elements (article, header, nav, main) for better screen reader navigation
- Heading hierarchy: Logical structuring with H1→H2→H3→H4 for easy navigation with assistive technologies
- ARIA labels: Meaningful labels for all links and interactive elements
- Keyboard accessibility: Full operability of all functions via keyboard
- Sufficient contrast: Color contrasts meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards (at least 4.5:1)
- Language attributes: Correct labeling of German content (lang="de")
- Skip-to-content links: Direct navigation to the main content for screen reader users
- Logical focus sequence: Intuitive tab navigation through all interactive elements
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not barrier-free for the following reasons:
Incompatibility with the BFSG
Alt texts for images:
- Individual artist images have basic alt texts that are still being optimized
- All images have alt attributes, these are refined for better descriptions
- Status: Functionally available, quality improvement in progress
- Timetable for rectification: by July 31, 2025
VoiceOver optimization:
- The website can generally be used with screen readers
- Specific VoiceOver optimizations are not yet fully implemented
- Status: Basic functionality given, extended optimization planned
- Timetable for rectification: by September 30, 2025

Compliance status: As of June 24, 2025, this website complies with approx. 95% of the BFSG requirements. The remaining 5% relates to the planned refinement of the alt texts and VoiceOver optimizations, whereby all basic accessibility functions have already been fully implemented.
