PANTERA, the creators of the "Power Groove", began their career in Arlington, Texas, with their most famous line-up consisting of founding members and brothers, drummer Vinnie Paul and guitarist Dimebag Darrell, as well as bassist Rex Brown and vocalist Philip H. Anselmo. The group was to become one of the most successful and influential bands in the history of heavy metal. To date, PANTERA has sold 20 million records worldwide, received four Grammy nominations and sold out arena tours around the globe. In addition to the original members, singer Philip H.
