The US rock band Eagles of Death Metal is embarking on a major European tour to mark the 20th anniversary of their groundbreaking album "Death By Sexy. " The concerts will feature a live performance of the cult album in its entirety, complemented by the band's greatest hits and a few special surprises.
Death By Sexy is the second studio album of of Death Metal. It was released on April 11, 2006 in the US and on July 3, 2006 in Europe. The album includes numerous classics such as "Don't Speak (I Came to Make a Bang!)", "I Want You So Hard (Boys Bad News)" and "Cherry Cola".
Like its predecessor , Peace Love and Death Metal , Death By Sexy was also well received of and audiences alike. Rolling Stone magazine wrote at the time: "The sexy groove could light up a bar or even a strip club."
With this anniversary tour, Eagles of Death Metal celebrate one of the most influential rock albums of the 2000s – raw, energetic, and uncompromising.
