It was founded Fever 333 in Los Angeles in 2017 by former Letlive singer Jason Butler, the drummer of Night Verses, Aric Improta, and Stephen Harrison, who was active as a guitarist for The Chariot for some time. The band had its first performance on American Independence Day as the "Political Pool Party" in the parking lot of Randy's Donuts in Inglewood, where the group performed the song "We're Coming In", the very first recorded track, live. One day after this performance, the group was officially introduced. The band will of Music manager Peter Katsis, who has already worked with artists such as the Smashing Pumpkins, Jane's Addiction and the Backstreet Boys. At a live concert at the Troxy in Los Angeles, the band was also of Travis Barker of Blink-182 and John Feldmann of Goldfinger supports. Barker played drums on the EP "Made an America", which was released on March 23, 2018. The group was of More Hi-Hat, the record label of Barker and Feldman, and signed with Roadrunner Records with the release of their debut EP. The EP was only released on a digital level as a download and stream. From April 27 to May 25, 2018, the band played with Red Sun Rising as the opening act for The Used throughout the United States and Canada, with performances at Canadian Music Week, Welcome to Rockville, Rock on the Range and Rocklahoma also booked. Between 5 and 30 November, the group toured the United Kingdom and several European mainland countries as part of the First Love Tour as the opening act for Bring Me the Horizon. The group has also been announced for the North American leg of this tour in early 2019. On November 9, 2018, the musician announced in Statement the release of her debut album Strength in Numb333rs for January 18, 2019 and also released the song Burn It. At the 2019 Grammy Awards, the band was nominated for Best Rock Performance for the song "Made an America". However, the prize went posthumously to Chris Cornell. Instead, the song Burn It was received by the Kerrang! Awards 2019 awarded as best song. In 2023, Thomas Pridgen (formerly e.g. The Mars Volta & Suicidal Tendencies) on drums, bassist April Kae and guitarist Brandon Davis (formerly of Therefore I Am, Lions Lions, among others) joined Jason Butler.
