Philipp Poisel and his band have been a close-knit and well-rehearsed group on stage for 18 years now. Andie Mette on guitar, Dave Mette on drums, Fabian Wendt on bass, and Florian Ostertag on keyboards and guitars… not to mention the entire crew and technicians. Together with their loyal fans, they form a close-knit family both on and off stage. Anyone who has ever seen Philipp Poisel and his band perform knows that Philipp’s songs take on a special power and energy when performed live, ranging from an international rock sound and dynamic ’80s pop grooves to playful soundscapes reminiscent of the ’70s. And, of course, there’s plenty of room for acoustic, intimate singer-songwriter moments as well.
PHILIPP POISEL is one of the most influential musicians on the German music scene. In October 2026, he will release his long-awaited fifth studio album, *Gute Zeiten*. It’s an album designed to invite listeners—in these unusual times—to experience and enjoy good times, whether on their own or with friends. With twelve new tracks, POISEL once again demonstrates just how intense and emotional German pop music can be.
In the spring of 2027, PHILIPP POISEL will embark on his “Gute Zeiten” tour of the same name. Tickets will be available starting Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via the CTS Eventim presale; official advance sales begin on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at all authorized ticket outlets. An exclusive album-ticket bundle for the tour will also be available through Eventim.
