His musical journey began at the age of of 6 with the piano. Working with producer J MOON, KAMAL. released his debut single "two missed calls". This went through the roof in its first month with over 1 million streams as a lockdown anthem. With the release of his debut EP "war outside" he even grabbed an Ivor Novello nomination in the category "Rising Star". Kamal's streaming numbers have now risen to the 114 million mark.
