Flo Mega is a musician and artist who understands life in his own unconventional way - far from the ordinary. His journey has never been easy. Even at school, he found the rigid system challenging and refused to conform. Instead, he developed a unique, creative and uncompromising musical language.

Like Frederik the mouse from the children's book of the same name, Flo Mega gathered inspiration in moments that seemed gray and meaningless to others, which would later shape his art. While others were stockpiling supplies for the winter, Frederik collected sunbeams, colors and words - things that brought light and warmth into the darkness. This is exactly how Flo Mega collects musical ideas, thoughts and words in the more difficult phases of his life.

His musical journey began in 1994, when he first took to the stage and found his roots in subculture. Flo Mega took every opportunity to add his voice, whether at hip-hop jams, techno parties or as a singing MC in sound system culture - this is where he found his unmistakable expression.

He has performed more than 1000 gigs since 2006. His breakthrough came in 2011 with his debut album "Die wirklich wahren Dinge" and the hit single "Zurück". Second place at the Bundesvision Song Contest brought him nationwide fame.

His music remains experimental to this day and defies categorization. With five albums released to date and numerous collaborations with other artists, Flo Mega is constantly evolving creatively. He is an artist who sees the diversity of perspectives as his true wealth and proves time and time again that music has the power to connect and inspire people.
