When the clouds obscure the sun and bad omens prevail, GHOST rise to their concerts. In 2023, the Grammy Award winners once again wing the black steeds and bring their dark spectacle to Berlin's Velodrom on June 6 and Hamburg's Barclays Arena on June 19. New additions are the concerts on June 13 at the RuhrCongress in Bochum and on June 20 at the ratiopharm arena in Neu-Ulm. As support for the concerts in Berlin and Bochum Halestorm around frontwoman Lzzy Hale could be signed. In 2018, the "A Pale Tour Named Death" tour started at the historic Royal Albert Hall in London. The long-awaited return this year took GHOST once again to the UKand Europe, where they also performed their dark theater in five German arenas. Previously, earlier in the year GHOST went on a major U.S. tour as co-headliners with Volbeat, closing out each night at Show . In March, the troupe around singer Tobias Forge aka Papa Emeritus released their fifth studio album Impera, a concept album that deals with the rise and fall of of empires. In Germany, GHOST reached No. 1 in the album charts for the first time.
