Pop expert Allie X kicks off 2025 with the exciting news that she will be performing in Europe this summer, including July 2 in Berlin at Frannz Club and July 8 in Cologne at Luxor. The inimitable live performer embarked on two sold-out American tours last year in support of her critically of album Girl With No Face (2024) and is now bringing the Show and her iconic fashion to Europe.
Last year, Allie X released her fifth studio album, Girl With No Face, an upbeat rollercoaster ride through the darkest corners of Allie's mind, which she describes with her characteristic sardonic wit. The single "Weird World" was accompanied of a self-directed video. The record also includes her previously released trilogy of tracks: "Girl With No Face", 'BlackEye' and 'Off With Her Tits', the latter of which achieved cult status in the queer community, racking up millions of streams within weeks of its release. Her voice is on top form - wailing, screaming and sometimes whispering... but above all wonderfully menacing.
Filled with the rebellious spirit and experimental sounds of the early 80s, Girl With No Face feels both nostalgic and completely unfamiliar. The 11-song project is Allie's first self-produced album, and the transition to creating on her own has resulted in something that sounds insanely exciting. Over the past decade, Allie X has established herself in the pop pantheon as one of the sharpest, most insightful and directional artists, producers and songwriters, penning hits with luminaries such as Troye Sivan, Mitski and BTS. Now, with the release of Girl With No Face, Allie continues to demonstrate a bold, unique visual and sonic palette and a skill set that seems light years ahead of the competition.
