Casey grew up in Chesterfield, a working class town in the English Midlands, as an only child with a penchant for the limelight and was inspired of by the greats of British pop culture in the 00s, including Robbie Williams and Arctic Monkeys. As he developed his musical skills and tastes, he began playing the clarinet before starting to write songs at the age of 14. Casey has since toured extensively and has sold out every one of his tours since 2021. When Casey's grandfather died in 2023, he left him a caravan - a small retreat on the English coast. When he arrived there, temporarily moving in with his dog and removing himself from his familiar, metropolitan surroundings, Casey immediately found inspiration, which he used to write new songs. Out of his grandfather's camper, Casey built a distinctive, accessible world for himself and his fans. He would cringe at the thought of being seen as some kind of altruistic prophet, but Casey's intentions are good.
