Thrash metal fans in southern Germany can expect an absolute highlight this summer: Municipal Waste and Death Angel are going on tour together and will be stopping off in Stuttgart and Friedrichshafen.
Since their formation in 2001, Municipal Waste have gone from underground insiders' tip to a force to be reckoned with in the thrash metal scene, selling out Shows worldwide. of their choice of name, reminiscent of a municipal waste disposal authority, to their uncompromising sound, Municipal Waste pay tribute to 1980s thrash metal and crossover with total dedication, keeping the energy and spirit of the era alive.
Co-headlining the show are Death Angel - a thrash legend from the Bay Area who have been causing musical chaos with breakneck speed, razor-sharp riffs and powerful vocals since the early 1980s. In their decades-long career, they have shared stages with metal greats such as Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Exodus, Sepultura, Testament and DevilDriver and are still one of the most impressive live bands in the thrash scene.
