The Sudanese-American artist Dua Saleh (they/them) from Los Angeles explores the self with her music. Since 2019, she has released three acclaimed EPs(NŪR, ROSETTA, CROSSOVER), breaking through genre boundaries in the process. Her long-awaited debut album"I SHOULD CALL THEM", which will be released in fall 2024, combines R&B and indie pop and tells of the power and resilience of love. Saleh, who fled Sudan for the USA as a child, draws on poetry, activism and diverse musical influences. In addition to collaborations with artists such as Amaarae, Bon Iver and Travis Scott, she has also made a name for herself as GAY TIMES ' Rising Star 2023.
